What is USPS never delivered?
I am new to GameFly but I have read extensively about what to do when you have a game that never made it to your house, but MY question is what happens after?
What I mean is, I waited the seven (7) days, which is today, and sent a shipping problem e-mail. So my question is this;
Assuming USPS lost my game, will GF send me a new one? Who will be responsible? And How often does this happen because this is my first time using the service, and if it happens very often then I'd like to say, "no thanks" to gameflys services.
