Q: What is USPS never delivered?

What is USPS never delivered?

I am new to GameFly but I have read extensively about what to do when you have a game that never made it to your house, but MY question is what happens after?

What I mean is, I waited the seven (7) days, which is today, and sent a shipping problem e-mail. So my question is this;

Assuming USPS lost my game, will GF send me a new one? Who will be responsible? And How often does this happen because this is my first time using the service, and if it happens very often then I'd like to say, "no thanks" to gameflys services.

Now that you have reported a shipping problem, GameFly will send you a new game in the mail. Since it was not your fault the game was lost, you will not be charged (it is GameFly's responsibility/problem)

I have been a GameFly member off and on since 2009. I have only once had a game not arrive to me and had to report it. The game did eventually show up by the way. (Several weeks later) I would not say a lost game is unheard of, but it's not typical. If it was GameFly could not stay in business. Welcome, and sorry your first time out went this way.

If the game is lost, a additional copy will be mailed. USPS and Gamefly will investigate in the meantime. As noted above, none of which is your fault. It is highly unlikely that game get lost but it is possible, so please do not consider this incident for the remainder of your GameFly membership. The only time I have not received a game timely as it is sometimes mailed from a further distribution center than your normal rentals and takes a bit more time 10 days a max.
