I sent Metroid other M back a week ago (monday, March 7), and still have yet to see any update on it's status. If service is this sluggish, I'd rather spend $20 a month on just purchasing games.

Something is wrong at GameFly. I don't care what the mod clique says. Games are not being sent out, and this is happening A LOT.
