This is actually a good question as Tom Clancy has never truly been exclusive. Unfortunately I don't believe the game will ever be released at this point as it has been over a year and the game's buzz wasn't big enough to warrant a release for the PS3

The game was recently released on the Mac, so if they haven't announced it by now I wouldn't have my hopes up. If it helps, the game while EXTREMELY fun was only like 5 hours long and the multiplayer was nowhere near as good as Chaos Theory [once again]
