Does it give about 9-10 hours of game play in parity with the game's title, or does it take a significantly longer or shorter time to get through?

I have read that some of the parts of the game where you are reading a novel are more than an hour in some instances. And reviews saying things like, it doesn't matter that it is really long the story is amazing.
