Well what I usually did... (I usually solo things, and I did solo battles with two monsters many times.) I usually just target one, then take out the other to make it easier. Mark them both (If possible if you run into them.) With paintballs or paint ammo, and just be sure to attack the one you want to attack when it is alone, making it easier for you to kill it without being hit. If you want a tip on weapons, it depends on which monsters you are fighting, so I can't help with that unless you tell me. Good luck on your quest. Oh and on a side note if you didn't know, always bring as much potions as possible if you are unsure. (1 Ancient potion, 2 max potions, 10 mega potions, 10 normal potions + 10 honey to make mega potions.)
