What do I do if my game was stolen?
Iam asking this question because my house was broken into on 11/9/09.
The name of the game that was stolen is Split Second.

report it, you will prob be charged for it though, but if your home was broken in to your insurance policy should cover that sort of thing. if you don'T have insurance than you will prob have to pay out of pocket.

Ooh. That sucks. And the even worse thing, you'll be charged for it.
What you need to do is report it as being lost and they'll charge you the cost of the game. Maybe if you have insurance for your home, they'll cover the amount due =/

You will have to report this to GameFly and will be charged for the game. Split Second is a terrible game so the sucker who stole it didn't get away with much and can only resell it for maybe $8. And now you're stuck with the bill. You can try stating your case, but it's a losing battle.
My only suggestion would be to see what they are charging you for the game. Check online and with Gamestop to see if you can buy Split Second for cheaper, and send that one back to Game Fly. They won't know and it doesn't matter anyways.
