Star Ocean contains some Dating Sim elements. The Rune Factory and Harvest Moon series contain some as well. But 'true' dating sim games are mainly found online.

I'll chime in here... can't think of any off the top of my head like Persona, but I guess Mass Effect series and Dragon's Age: Origins? There is a romance sub-plot in Bioware's two series, but not an actual dating sim element, no. Hope i helped.
