Hi,I am a pokemon collector in Pokemon soul silver on DS!
And i am trying to get Lugia where do i go after beatting Team Rocket?

When you obtain the silver wing, you can attempt to catch Lugia in the caves at Whirl Islands. You will need the HM move Whirlpool to get there, which you obtain after defeating Team Rocket in their Mahogany town hide-out. You will need the gym badge from Pryce to use it.
