You will be on the list along with the other members who have the same game on their GameQ. It'll be up to GF to figure who gets it first, you have no guarantee you'll be the one to get it over someone else.

Unless you queued it weeks or even months before it releases, it's unlikely. I queued Bioshock 2 about a month beforehand and got it a month or so after the release date.

Bornstray and watHaPPeNed are right, you have to put a game on top of your list early and leave it there. I had to complain a couple of months ago when I had force unleashed II, Fallout New Vegas, Arcania Gothic 4 on top of my list a week or two before release date. Gamefly service came through, but made it pretty clear not expect that all the time.

It is possible, but a game like Killzone 3 you might still have to wait a little while. The earlier you add it to your Q the better.
