There are no scratches on my game but it will not play.....?

I have a wii and I am trying to play Super Smash Bros but the person before me ruined it...so what do I do? Please help!

Check your console to make sure it plays other games fine, if so then you will need to return it to GameFly.

try taking it to family video first then maybe they can clean it because they have a awesome disc player
