I'm pretty sure you can rent games for whatever system you own, aslong as they have them in stock.

Yes, you are allowed to rent for multiple systems. Take for example me. I'm new to Gamefly, but I rented Modern Warfare for the 360 and Prince of Persia for the PS3. They sent me both games.
