I know he was originally expected to make the cut and the developers cut him out because his zombie attacks were causing online lag. But I would think that because they've invested so much time in trying to make him work that Capcom wouldn't just scrap him completely. So Frank West is coming...right?

I'd hope he'd at least be DLC. I was hoping for Phoenix Wright, too.

I highly doubt the same character that they were planning will be added, but I wouldn't be surprised if they make a dumbed down version of him as DLC.
