Answer: Unless something has changed recently, I don't think the NCAA games have the license to use the names and likenesses of any college athletes, due to rules and regulations prohibiting that within the NCAA. There will probably be a player number 7 at the correct position on LSU, but it won't necessarily be the actual player.
