Answer: im pretty sure we are going to be waiting till the next gen consoles come out, Bethesda has a lot on their plate right now with the release of dishonored, the elder scrolls mmo and a the slew of bug issues they are having with skyrim, the safe bet is to say the next fallout game will be on the new consoles that are coming.
