Answer: Go to your GameQ and "Report a Shipping Problem." Once you do that, pick the game and chose "The game was damaged, scratched, or unplayable." GameFly will either send you a new copy or another game on your Q (By the way, Dirt Showdown is a really awesome game, so pick to get a replacement!)
