Question: I purchased a game thru you and I got it home and half way thru the game it jams am I stuck with a bad copy
Answer: If a physical item that you purchase from the GameFly Site and Services does not work (and it has not been damaged by you) and you notify us within the first thirty (30) days after the sale date, we will, as your sole remedy, either replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping costs).
