Question: What do I do if a rented game is defective?
Answer: Before reporting a game as damaged, please try wiping it with a clean cloth. Start in the center of the disc and wipe outwards. Please avoid wiping in a circle as this can damage the game.
If the game still will not play:
•Go to http://www.gamefly.com/activity/report-shipping-problem
•Select the game title in question and the option The game was damaged, scratched or unplayable.
