Answer: If you rent the game, only way to get the content is to download from the Playstation Store. I bought the Catwoman addon stuff to see what was happening with her when Batman was wandering around. There really isn't a lot of major gameplay with her though and it does fill in a few gaps here and there, but other than that seemed like a waste of a few dollars. Truthfully even if I bought the game I don't see the replay value of it. I bought the Catwoman addon after I finished the normal game one time doing all of the extra stuff and then did a speed run of game with the Catwoman fill in addon stuff and really it only adds like an hour and a half to gameplay time (even with collection of your gems from the thugs). Wasn't worth it and you can more than likely find all of the catwoman cutscenes on Youtube if you want to see them.
