Question: Who is reasponsible for Mass Effect 3 horrible, nightmare, smack in the face, kick to the nuts, stupid ending?

Answer: I never played Mass Effect before (outside the demo for ME3), but based on what I'm hearing I can understand why people are complaining. I'm not sure what happnes in the ending (I didn't even read the description to this because I'm considering playing the game), but I guess I'll find out sometime in the future.
