Question: Who is reasponsible for Mass Effect 3 horrible, nightmare, smack in the face, kick to the nuts, stupid ending?

Answer: The ending is so bad and out of character for bioware I'm having a hard time believing they didn't plan it that way from the start I'm hoping that they have something cool up their sleeve.
