Question: Will the new Bioshock ever re-introduce or mention the other characters from the other Bioshocks?

Answer: i watched a preview of it on my ps3 a few days ago, looked pretty cool and appeared to be based in a sky city(correct me if im wrong) but as far as tying in other characters it is still up in the air
