Answer: That a hard one.... No it's not! Sonic would knock mario into next year. Examples. 1. Powers without Items (sonic) Sonic is super fast, has homing attacks/ Mario is a normal human that just jumps on someones head to beat them. 2. With Items (sonic) Sonic has 7 chaos emeralds that he can use to have chaos control, Power rings so he won't die, anyting else tails comes up with./ Mario has Mushrooms that make him big, FireFlowers, Super Stars and much more. 3. Friends (Sonic) Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Big, Cream. All has cool powers./ Luige, Peach, Toad, Yoshi. Only really cool one is Yoshi. Luige has same powers as mario just different jump. Toad and Peach in most games are powerless. 4. Boss Enemies (sonic) Eggman, Chaos, Shadow, Metel Sonic, A lot of Robots. All have cool powers/ Bowser, His kids, Magic Koopa, A lot of animals. Bowser can be a wimp. 5. Lands (About the same.) Sonic more city/ Mario more nature. 6. Personality (Sonic) Mario doen't really have one. Ever see him talk? Sonic wins!
