Subject: Abusive Answer Content Report
Question: I know they say "The only stupid question is the one never asked," but I'd have to disagree.
Answer: I used to juat think everyone who asked customer service questions and non-detailed questions were just stupid. However, I started thinking and I now understand why those questions always pop-up.
Customer service questions are here, and unfortunately will never go away. When you have a section on GameFly called "Answers" of course someone will confuse it for the "Support" section. Plus, seeing all the questions about GameFly only makes it resemble the "Support" section more and more. On top of that, there's a section on the site caled "GameFly," which makes me believe that GameFly decided to have us answer their questions for them.
I thought there was no excuse why you shouldn't include the title of the game, but I figured out the excuse. Some people go to the game and then ask the question expecting to have it automatically appear. That's why we get those.
Bad grammar, however, is a different story. Honestly, why don't people take the time to spell and proofread? That goes to the "Dunce" section!
