Question: it states we have a game at home but we have never received it. what do we do?
Answer: it always says "At home" after it has been shippped from the facility, after that it's purely up to the speed at which the Post Office will deliver it to you. 3-5 days on average, but may take as long as 7 days in the rarest cases. You will have to contact customer support if you still haven't received it after that, which can be accessed from the "My Account" page-report shipping problem. Thanks
