Answer: If your talking about Wii DVD game discs some have reached $20 price points at all retailers. Amazon does many video game fire sales with awesome deals on great games. You can find many cheap used games at best buy, usually cheaper then gamestop. You can also always rent them and keep from gamefly each 3 mos you should get a $5 off coupon and after 6mos you start getting a % off too. So you can rebuild your collection. If you are talking piracy I don't support that method and even though I know where to look it isn't something I would be willing to share.
