Answer: Gamefly has 5 shipping locations. It can take 3-5 days or 5-7 days for you to get your game(s). If you go to your "My Account" page, scroll down until you see the "My Membership Terms" box and it will tell your primary shipping location. If you have it has been over a week, and you still don't have your game(s), go to the "My Account" page and click on the "Report a Shipping Problem" link.
