Answer: No, there are no nukes in Black Ops. That is a MW2 killstreak, for 25 kills, I believe. Personally I don't like them, so I'm kinda happy they aren't in Black Ops. Unless you count the Nuketown nuke, when you finish a match a nuke goes off.
