Question: why view points in memory bloack 4 wont work

Answer: unless you accidentally filtered your map somehow, i would have to agree that it's a glitch. You shouldn't have to buy anything to sync a viewpoint, and if this happens multiple times, you should probably skip the viewpoints when replaying memories.
