Answer: The amount of money put into making a game has little or nothing to do with how good the game ends up being. Winning a GOTY award for a game is a good thing, but that doesn't mean that you will like it. If you got tired of Oblivion then there is a good bet that Skyrim isn't going to be for you. No online multiplayer. TES is a single player game.
