Question: why wasnt this game given more ads on it

Answer: Probably just a budget issue. Namco Bandai probably only had so much money to allocate to advertising for all the games they published around that holiday season, and had to make some decisions as to how much would be effective for each game. Perhaps they thought advertising Enslaved more wouldn't increase revenue as much as if they would put that ad money elsewhere.
