depend the plan you have. if you have the 15$ monthly 1game out then you may only rent 1 game at a time until you return it. if you have the 22$ monthly 2 game out then you may rent 2 game at once and get another 2 after you return the first 2.

How much is it for a year membership?

depend on the plan u take. there no 1year members plan but you may be member as long as you like. if you choose 1 game out 15$ monthly fee then 15x12=180$ per year. if you choose 2 game out plan 22$ a month then 22x12=264$

yes you can get it as a rent and able to keep it as long as your membership run. if the game have sell option then you may buy that game and they will ship you the case alone with the handbook.
