you can send them back but first you need to contact gamefly support and report the game scrached and report it does not work so they dont think it was you and they might just have you send back the broken one and send you a knew disc but make sure you report it BEFORE sending it back just dont want you having to pay for it when it wasnt your fault

Depending on the games availability it can take a little longer if it is low, but standard shipping is about 2-6 days i belive for you to get a game if the availability of the game is low such as a new relaese or a very popular game it can take even longer because they dont have enough copyies to send out

I have not played this game but if it is simillar to the skyrim water freeze glitch then try and uninstalling the update for the game if there is one and when you play it again reinstall the update and that should fix the problem that is if it is like the skyrim glitch if it does not work email suport and try to get another copy

I love that game as well but there are just some games gamfly either does not have or they do not have enough copies for people to rent at the moment check back every now and then and if nothing shows up email support

As long as you want to keep it you just wont get the next game in yur game Q if you dont send the one you currently have out back

Click on game Q in the top right hand corner and it will show the game you currently have out right under the button that says "keep" there will be a button that says "upgrade" just click on that and follow the steps

Sometimes it takes a few days for them to ship also Check the availability of the games you want as some are of low availabilty it will take longer to ship keep an eye on your email for the order shiped email and if nothing shows up in the next few days call support

They wilo automaticly ship in the order you added them you will get an email confirming the game has shipped it may take a day or two to procces
