Will there be Online Play?

The farthest Multiplayer it has is the ability to share pawns to earn EXP/Gold (at the same time your pawns learn how to fight certain monsters more effectively)

Yes it will and i believe some/all EXP will as well (if you watch some of the G4TV previews one of the devs say that playing the demo gives you a head start in the full game)
