Sometimes GameFly actually ships out a game the day after they say they shipped out. This can happen if they mark it as shipped late in the day and it actually goes out the next day. Unfortunately, sometimes games can take up to a week to arrive. If it doesn't arrive within 7 days of the day they shipped, contact them.

There's couple of possible reasons. 1) It got lost it in the mail. In this case, you should report it to GameFly if it has been 7 days. 2) It is delayed and will get there today or tomorrow. 3) It got there, but GameFly hasn't processed it. they say they process the same day as they receive, but I'm not convinced that they do. Bottom line, if it has been 7 or more days, email support@gamefly.com and complain.

It won't affect your account unless it starts happening a lot, then they might get suspicious. In general however, everyone knows that the USPS loses stuff every now and then. Don't be surprised if you get your game today or tomorrow. Seems like things have been slow lately.

It can take up to 7 days, though average is like 3-4. Unfortunately, sometimes crap happens and it gets slowed down. Hopefully you'll get it by Monday.

You don't have to do anything...if it isn't getting scanned, it's probably never going to. Either your post office doesn't have the equipment or more than likely, they don't bother scanning it. I've tried writing SCAN ME on the envelope, and it still doesn't work. Just forget about FastReturn and try to do something else to get your mind off waiting for your game.

The bar code is under the label that has GameFly's address on it. I haven't gotten any of mine scanned either despite writing SCAN ME on the envelope. I think the post office doesn't bother scanning them even if they have the equipment as they just look at the label and see that it is GameFly and then throw it in the extra slow pile.

The reality is that the post office almost never scans the games. I wrote SCAN ME on the front and back of my envelope and it's been 3 days and they still haven't received my game, let alone gotten a Fast Return scan. It should take them 2 days to get my game, but now I'm looking at 4 days earliest if they acknowledge the return tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the availability they show you is across all shipping centers, not just the one near you, so your local one may not have as many copies of that game compared to the games they actually sent you. If you only want to receive LA Noire, put it at the top of your queue and remove every other title from your queue unless it hasn't been released yet.

As much as a 7-10 day turnaround time sucks, if you're going through games really fast, I don't think GameFly is the service for you. In all honesty, doing 3 games a month is pretty good If you can rent locally for $16 a month, then I would suggest that renting locally maybe better for you. I'm lucky if I can even get through one game a month. Don't get me wrong, I don't disagree that 4-5 days each way is a long time and they should improve it, but if you go through games really fast, I don't think GameFly is best.

It takes a piece of mail from my place in NJ to their shipping center in Pittsburgh, PA two days to get there. It used to be that if I put a game in the mail on Monday, they'd get it Wednesday. I put a game in the mail Tuesday this week and it's Friday and they still haven't received it. I'm convinced that it is taking them longer to process returns than it used to so as others have stated wait a bit longer. If they haven't received it by the 7th day, send them an email to support@gamefly.com and they'll mark it as lost.
