well Jeff i believe you'll have to go to your account setting labeled as (my account) under your name in the right hand corner and once their you'll scroll down and look for the text which says cancel my membership and it should be plain and simple from there.

Does anyone know how to actually get to the entrance of vault 78 with out dieing of radiation poisioning?

for starters you need either a space suit or radiation suit which can be acquired from various places in the wasteland second get alote of meds like rad resist and what not and lastly this is optional but useful unlock some of the radiation perks i know for a fact they're are many but cant think of at the moment good luck and if you want to finish it easily and fast just watch a walk through video off youtube hope this helped
