Yes it is. This game is an amazing mix of an RPG(role playing game) and an FPS(first person shooter). There are literally millions of weapons, it is completely and totally open world, and there are 3 separate classes that you can build from the ground up, with each class having three different paths you can follow to put skills in, or mix and match. It is an amazingly well put together game that provides many many hours of enjoyment.
