*cost (spelling) "cast" is a thing you put on an area with a broken bone, or a hard shell in the shape of something. Normally, I excuse such minor misspellings, but the "a" and the "o" are at opposite ends of the keyboard. That error is all on you. Oh, and to answer your question, what jdogg123 said.

Bigger games mean bigger potential for bugs. That's not a Bethesda thing, it's an ALL GAME DEVELOPER thing. It's just the nature of the beast. No video game is completely bug-free. Games are like engineering a complex puzzle. Some people are surprised that a bug comes out after the game is made, but developers are too busy making sure the game works properly that they can't go into every single piece of the game in order to fix bugs. You'd be surprised the kind of engineering that happens behind the scenes. It's absolutely staggering.

The game probably comes with codes to unlock that content. If this is so, you're kinda screwed if you want that extra content.
