i was waiting for cancelation on the 25th of this month & i was already charged why?

you are billed at the beginning of the billing cycle and that would be the date you signed up...unfortunately if you waited past that they won't refund your money...sucks...this has happened to me with netflix...you could call and ask to speak to a supervisor but you may not get your money

When you are logging in she can go to guest under your name and then she will log in with your ID with 1 in (). ie: (1)
