The arcade XBox will work just fine with the Kinect. The only benefit to the new ones is that it has a special port for Kinect. Your arcade wont have this, so it means that you'll just use USB and have to plug your Kinect into the wall. It works out of the box, nothing special needed.

You're best bet would be to report a problem before you keep it. Request a replacement copy. Do not keep a game that has problems, make sure your new one works before you keep it.

It depends entirely upon how many games you have in your queue. If its full of popular, new releases it might take a week or longer to get them to ship. It's important to keep a healthy mix of games in your queue that you're willing to play.

Yes, the price will always be the same for the service that you signed up for. Just make sure that the game you want (in this case Mario Kart) is in your queue and send back the game you're done with.

I mix up my envelopes all the time. I have the 3-out package and when I open them I just throw the envelopes and the cardboard on a shelf and keep the games and their sleeves by my system. When I send one back I grab shippers at random. Never a problem, never a delay.

GameFly does not ship out on Sunday. Games can take a couple of days to ship if you have newer, more popular games in your queue. I recommend adding more games to your queue and it should ship fairly soon.

It depends on where you are. There are shipping centers in: Los Angeles, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX and Seattle, WA. If you live within state or close to one of these centers, in my opinion you'd be at about 2-3 days. If you live really far away from these centers, it will be more like 3-5 days.

It depends upon how many games you have in your Q, how popular they are (i.e. new releases are extremely hard to get the first month or two). If you only have a handful of games in your queue I recommend adding some more.

This once happened to me a long time ago, and I believe the next day the second one came off. No idea why this is. I would recommend doing a live chat or calling them tomorrow if it still hasn't shown up as received as it could be a computer issue.
