I have bought a few games from them. I usually buy it from them if I think I am going to play it for more then 4 months. Usually it is a good deal especially since I get 10% off and usually have a 5 dollar coupon. I have some time bought games from them and traded them into game fly for twice the amount I paid, which is always a good thing.

I have a Subscription to Game Informer (damn you Gamestop!) that I never even ever open. I also have a subscription to Edge Magazine. That is the only mag that I read, because it has the best pure games journalism in the industry. Not sure that any other magazine can really even claim anything more then just professional enthusiast press IMO. If your serious about reading well written and thoughtful commentary on games Edge is really the only way to go.

I have only been a victim once, but that was enough for me to move on to the PS3. The 360 is just my Netflix box and the occasional XBOX exclusive.
