Well that kind of depends on the connection you have so prolly not too much. Though it prolly does have something to do with how many people are on as well, so busy times like 2-5 is prolly the worst. Mornings are prolly best.

I play on a kind of small HD TV right now - a Vizio. Nothing too great, but gets the job done and games do look pretty good on it.
