Yes, I do. I'm not concerned with PS Plus, but I am concerned with DCUO. I pay a monthly fee to play DCUO and so far it has costed $2.50, which isn't a big deal but the more it's down the more it costs. I'm not interested in a monetary credit just looking for the amount of "down days" to be credited to my account.
I think he/she meant why does it take so long to send out a new game after GameFly has received the game that was sent back. I want to know the answer too, I once waited a full five days for them to send out a new game. They received it on a Monday and didn't send another game til Friday. There was 3 games on my Q with High availability and one game with Medium so explain why it took so long to send out a new game from my Q.
