they have a great libary of games and the monthly price is fair, I complain alot about them on here but that is because of their service, I have had my game Q setting empty for 3 days now and this is just frustrating, the 1st game in my Q is castlevania showing a high availablity with the next several also being slightly older titles showing medium or high so is just no reason for such slow service, I just wonder if the people running the company are aware of how slow their distribution centers are procesing orders

3-10 days more like it.....it depends on which distribution center you are recieving your games from as well. The pittsburgh center is very slow

How long does it take to have a game sent you

really varies everytime... I live 2 hours away from their pittsburgh center and it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days for a game to get tome from when they "say" the shipped it. I really dont understand why it takes them soooooo long to for them to process it at the warehouse.Netflix will get a movie monday and have my new movie to me by wednesday or thursday at the latest, gamefly needs to hire some netflix people

I'm telling ya they reallyneed a better supervisor at the warehouse facilties. lol they should aome people from their billing department and move them to the warehouse cause those guys are super quick.......to bill your account and take your money haha
