can you upload your character from saints row 2 to saints row 3?

no sorry you cant,due to saints row 2 had cartoonish graphics and saints row 3 has much better quality graphics. Also if you download the initiation station and go to saintsrow.com u can download characters other people created,in all actually it is pretty neat.

you are correct freezing up of players often,shooting people and they fly skyhigh with their bodies,when flying jets and goes to cut scene it freezes up machine guns and makes horrible sounds. Game often makes a odd popping sound when loading into another level.

playstation was said to have better control and visuals, unless u have the hdmi XBOX360 then about the same on visuals.
