turn around for GF can be slow, thats why I rent 2 at a time. After 7 buisness days I would contact them if they still dont email a recieve conframation. Games do get lost in the mail occasionally.

yes, along with the booklet and online code. for NFS games, GF usually has the limited edition games so you will also get a code for bonus cars ect.
