Gamefly is slow, they don't have many distribution centers around the country so it takes quite some time. I know my turn around time is about 6 mailing days so it could be 3 or 4 days after they ship it. Also I remember the first time I got a game from them it took about a week, so if your new it could just be that. Also if you have a small que with 2 or 3 games in it, none of them may be available right now so they wont send one.

Go to the ps3 games website, and pick check availabity http://www.gamestop.com/ps3/games/pinball-hall-of-fame-williams-collection/75845 I found one within 5 miles of my house, maybe you will get lucky to.
