Yes, you have to remember that the Xbox 720 will use "water discs" what means that they won't allow used games on Xbox 720. This is just a rumor but Microsoft haven't say anything against it. Also, Xbox 720 will be always on and if your internet connection sucks you'll have a lot of trouble with it (this is not a rumor, this statement was confirmed by one of the most important workers of Xbox)

Just go to your account information, there you'll find all the info you need such as your Membership Plan etc... And if you never asked or wanted those games go to your GameQ and click on "Report a Shipping Problem".
