Monster Hunter Tri was returned over a week ago - but no new game has shipped - why not?

i had the same situation i sent back my game on the 29 they didnt receive it until the fouth and i received my nexrt game that monday sometimes the mail gets delayed but onec they receive it they will ship your game out within 24 hours if still havent received a game then go to the help/faq section and it will tell you what to do when you dont receive a game within a certain period of time
