  Make sure you put the same info as it shows on your card : Name of the card holder , card number , security code , and the billing address you used when you registered your account

  Click on "MY ACCOUNT" on the top right corner, scroll down and check when your billing date/membership starts. you do not get charged when you get a 30 day free trail you will only be billed if you do not cancel your membership once the date specified of membership/billing date begins

  Depending on the game you are playing it install you may need to delete the install data then reinstall and try again, if your touchscreen is still not working on the game then it is the game that is defective or your vita may need to be checked with other touch screen compatible games
