Because other people most likely have had it in their GameQ longer.If you've had a game in your GameQ for a week before release and I've had it mine 2-3 months before release,I'm going to get the game.

If a game has a higher availability rating or says available now Gamefly will ship that game instead,especially if the game you have at the top of your GameQ has a low availability rating.

Get F.E.A.R 3 instead of the 1st one,I didn't really find any of them scary even though all 3 titles tried to be.The 3rd one is the newest one in the series and has the most refined gameplay/best graphics.

It'll probally be updated later in the year,im not sure why you're asking this because I own this game and it's a must have basketball game.My roster is up to date with the current roster in real life as well.

Mass Effect 3: 3/6/2012 Resident Evil:Operation Racoon City 3/20/2012 Ninja Gaiden 3: 3/20/2012 Prototype 2: 4/24/2012 Max Payne 3: 5/15/2012 Ghost Recon:Future Soldier- 5/22/2012 Borderlands 2: 6/30/2012 Resident Evil 6: 11/20/2012 Those are just the titles that have release dates announced,a few other titles alot of people are excited about are, True Crime:Hong Kong Hitman Absolution Bioshock Infinite Far Cry 3 Aliens:Colonial Marines and of course,Grand Theft Auto V
